The East Texas Literacy Council provides free one-to-one and small group instruction for adults in Gregg County. Tutors and students arrange the best time and location for their lessons. Our student-centered program helps adult learners obtain skills to:

The ETLC offers small group classes of ESL instruction and computer labs at church partners. You must attend an orientation prior to attending class.
